Bernard Charles, Jr. was appointed to the BOCES Board of Education in November, representing the East Ramapo Central School District. This appointment comes following the resignation of Harry Grossman. Mr. Charles is currently a member of the East Ramapo Board of Education. He is Director of the Town of Ramapo Cultural Arts Center and serves as Vice President and Coordinator of Youth Programs for East Ramapo SEPTSA and as an advisor for the FOUR Floors Young Men’s Coalition.
Mr. Charles’ appointment term runs through June 2016.
