On Wednesday, January 13 from 5-8pm, the Culinary Arts Club will partner with Northern Comfort (NoCo) Catering for the very first Pop-Up Restaurant Night. For one night only, students will work shoulder-to-shoulder with NoCo’s professional caterers, including 2014 alum Nikita Privalova.
Culinary Arts instructor Kendell Brenner announced that the event is the first in a series of upcoming Pop-Up Restaurant Night collaborations: “We are excited to expand our partnerships with local chefs and to create more opportunities for our students to gain real world, hands-on experience.”
For $25 per person, diners may choose from a four-course menu featuring mouth-watering dishes like corn souffle, grilled vegetable flatbread pizza and tequila lime shrimp tacos. Restaurant Night proceeds benefit the Culinary Arts Club.
Reservations are required. To reserve a seat for the January 13 Pop-Up Restaurant Night, call (845) 627-4770.
